In the summer of 2016, I encountered a used copy of Webster’s New World Medical Dictionary, Third Edition, 2008, and looked up the word “cure”. Cure was not in the medical dictionary. Neither was “incurable”. I soon found many other medical dictionaries that did not contain the word “cure” and no dictionary that presented or even claimed to present a medical or scientific definition of cure. I wrote several blog posts, and started my research.
Today, almost two years later, I have published a definition of cure, cures, curing and cured in the book “A Calculus of Curing“. The book is available in print, and will be available soon in Kindle format as well.
A Calculus of Curing presents three fundamental causes of illness, the illnesses that result, and the basic cure technique for each. This is not a book of cures, it is a foundation to be used to find, understand, and judge cures when they are encountered.
The basic concepts of the book can be seen in this diagram:
Which is also featured on the back cover of the book and in the book’s summary and conclusion.
If you are interested in understanding the concepts of cure, I encourage you to pick up a copy of the book, or the Kindle version when it is available. I’d love to have an opportunity to discuss these concepts with you.
to your health, tracy
