An excerpt from the recently published book: A Calculus of Curing, a book that explores the concepts of cure in a comprehensive fashion – and offers several short reviews of “books that cure“.
Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities with Nutrition by Ramiel Nagel and Timothy Gallagher
“This is the first book I encountered that has cure in the title – and dares to advise how to cure in the contents. It is often dismissed or shunned for that reason alone. A book about curing illnesses of the teeth, gums, and mouth, it pulls no punches. These illnesses are cured by health, by healthy foods, and by healthy eating exercises.
Cure Tooth Decay cures causal illnesses and also injury illnesses. It addresses illness by cause in ways that promote healing. I highly recommend this book to anyone as a starter for learning about cures and about dental health.
It is also a powerful book about prevention of illness. The best cure is health. Health is also the best preventative. It is interesting to compare the recommendations in this book, with regards to prevention – to those of a conventional dentist. It quickly becomes clear that many current dental techniques and recommendations offer little to improve healthiness.
The book does not mention dentist’s cures, because it does not recognize transformation as a cure. Dentists often cure attribute illnesses by surgical transformation.” – A Calculus of Curing.
